1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and many more.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on your location).
- Remote Areas: 4–7 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: PKR 200 per order.
- Free Shipping: For orders above PKR 3,000 (one delivery address per order).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. COD may have additional charges depending on the courier partner.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and courier details so you can follow your shipment online.
6. Delays
We work with reliable courier partners, but delays can happen due to weather, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. If your order is delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist with a claim and resolution. Please keep photos of any damaged packaging/items.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. In most cases, eligible returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
